Tetiana has been practicing law since 2008, beginning her career in native Ukraine, and, since 2019, as a licensed attorney in Texas. Before getting licensed, Tetiana gained valuable experience representing clients in eviction proceedings in small claims courts across Texas. She also worked under the mentorship of a distinguished attorney specializing in commercial real estate law. Upon passing the Texas Bar Exam on her first attempt, Tetiana transitioned to probate and guardianship law, working closely with some of the most seasoned and highly respected estate planning, guardianship and probate attorneys in the field.
While representing clients in probate and guardianship matters, Tetiana gained firsthand insight into the significant financial and emotional burdens often faced by families of those who had not adequately prepared for death or incapacity. This experience, combined with her dedication to helping others, inspired Tetiana to focus on estate and trust law, and, ultimately, to establish her own law practice in Austin.
Throughout her life, Tetiana was fortunate to travel and live in different countries, shaping her deep appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds. This global perspective allows her to connect with clients with kindness, empathy, and clarity—qualities essential in estate planning. She understands that every family has unique values and traditions and is committed to providing personalized guidance that respects each client’s individual circumstances and goals.
